Can blessings come in the form of challenges? I think so.

This past year, I’m grateful for the gifts of ….

Girlfriends, that come to the rescue when feeling down or overwhelmed

Family, that cries with you on the monthly anniversary date of Mom’s death

Tucker, my rescued dog, whose daily nudge of “walk time” keeps me fit and active when I’d rather be lazy

Volunteers and neighbors, who lend a hand after Mother Nature’s fury

My son, whose kindness allows him to work at an animal shelter and make the hard decisions when humans are at their worse

My daughter in law to be, whose focus on the future is admirable while she masters her dental school program

My step son, who in his early twenties, is hard working, responsible and saving money to become a home owner, staying upbeat even after months of bank delays

My husband, who repeats things not once but twice when I haven’t listened and picks up after my ADD behaviors, still making me laugh and never making me wrong

My clients, who are courageous and honest while striving to live their best life, keeping me in integrity with my own goals and vulnerabiity

Daily challenges, like  our house  taking awhile to sell, as it allows us time to dream and attract our perfect next home

My age, as it brings perspective to what is really important –and that is

Love, Health, God, Gratitude, Friends, Freedom and Family

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, I wish you an abundance of blessings this season and always!

P.S. I’d love to hear what you are grateful for!
